Job Description: Personal Assistant cum Driver
Overview:
We are seeking a highly organized and responsible individual to serve as a Personal Assistant cum Driver. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing comprehensive support to our company executive while ensuring safe and timely transportation. Company Vehicle will be provided.
Key Responsibilities:
Driving Duties:
Safely operate the company vehicle to transport executives, private individuals to and from various locations, including school.
Plan efficient routes to minimize travel time and avoid traffic congestion.
Ensure the vehicle is well-maintained, clean, and fueled at all times.
Follow all traffic laws and regulations to ensure the safety of passengers, children, and other road users.
Client Liaison:
Build and maintain positive relationships with clients through communication and updates.
Liaise with clients to gather information, schedule meetings, and provide necessary support.
Represent the company professionally and uphold its reputation when interacting with clients.
Personal Assistance:
Manage executives' work related and personal schedules, including appointments, meetings, and events.
Assist with administrative tasks such as scheduling and re-scheduling of work and personal calendar and events.
Handle incoming calls and correspondence, prioritizing and responding as needed.
Perform errands such as delivery and collection of documents and articles to and from bank, and other adhoc tasks as required.
Security Awareness:
Maintain confidentiality and discretion in all interactions and communications.
Ensure the safety and well-being of passengers, children, and clients at all times.
Qualifications:
O/N Level or equivalent
Valid class 3/3A driver's license with a clean driving record.
Experience as a personal assistant or driver is preferred
Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
Familiarity with local roads and traffic patterns.
Ability to maintain composure under pressure and adapt to changing situations.
Discretion, trustworthiness, and professionalism.
Location: Singapore
Working Hours: Full-time, Monday to Friday, with occasional weekends and evenings as needed.
Salary: 2,500 to 4,000 per month
