Responsibilities:
- Prepares and respond /communicate to customer inquiries
- Monitor inbound or outbound logistics operations
- Issuance of invoices
- Monitor shipments with contractors and vendors
- Plan and manage logistics, warehouse, and customer services
- Prepare and report inventory, order status to management.
- Performs data entry and annual stock-take
- Assist in the preparation of quotations
- Any other ad-hoc duties assigned
Requirements:
- Min Diploma holder
- Possess of 3 years of relevant experience in handling import-export
- Prior shipping or freight forwarding experience
