Position Title: Operations Executive

Job Description:

We are seeking an Operations Executive to join our dynamic team in the automotive industry. As an integral part of our operations, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth functioning of daily business activities and providing crucial support across various operational facets. Your responsibilities will encompass a diverse range of tasks aimed at enhancing efficiency, maintaining vehicle integrity, and supporting both internal and external stakeholders.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure efficient coordination of vehicle movements within designated areas, ensuring proper parking and organization.
  • Oversee the handover and takeover processes of vehicles at various locations, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
  • Support the Manager in administrative tasks related to vehicle repair and maintenance, including documentation and record-keeping.
  • Coordinate with maintenance teams to schedule and track repairs, ensuring timely completion and adherence to quality standards.
  • Assist in coordinating and executing various operational tasks as assigned, contributing to the overall efficiency and effectiveness of operations.
  • Conduct vehicle wash and detailing to prepare vehicles for delivery, ensuring cleanliness and presentation standards are met.
  • Collaborate with sales and administrative departments to ensure timely arrangement of vehicles for handover to customers.
  • Provide support in addressing customer inquiries and requirements, ensuring a positive customer experience.
  • Offer necessary operations support to internal stakeholders, addressing their requirements and facilitating smooth operations.
  • Undertake ad-hoc duties as assigned by management, demonstrating flexibility and willingness to contribute to team objectives.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Valid Class 3 driver's license is mandatory.
  • High school diploma or equivalent qualification required; additional certification in automotive studies or related field preferred.
  • Previous experience in automotive operations or related roles is advantageous.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, with a keen eye for detail.
  • Effective communication skills to liaise with internal teams and external stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in basic computer applications for administrative tasks.
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Commitment to upholding safety standards and compliance with regulations.
