What You'II Do:
- Assess existing IT/OT systems, identify problems, and provide effective solutions to address issues.
- Collaborate with various stakeholders, including business units, vendors, management, and IT/OT teams, during system implementation and maintenance.
- Lead internal and external resources to implement IT/OT systems and manage change requests, ensuring quality deliverables aligned with business objectives and compliance policies.
- Maintain high availability of critical business systems (24/7) by continuously improving existing systems and responding promptly to incidents.
- Develop control features to ensure IT/OT systems meet quality standards and guidelines.
- Stay updated on IT/OT trends, developments, and emerging technologies, identifying opportunities for business digitization.
Technical Skill Sets:
- C#, .NET, NodeJS, ExpressJS, ReactJS, AngularJS, jQuery, HTML5, CSS3, Bootstrap, and MS SQL Server.
- REST services
- Advantageous to have experience in: Salesforce, MS PowerApps, MySQL, MongoDB, MariaDB, Crystal Reports, Swagger, JMeter, Payment Gateways (e.g., Cybersource), Microservices, Message Brokers (e.g., RabbitMQ & Apache Kafka) and Integration Tools (e.g., SAP PO, Salesforce Data Loader, MuleSoft)
What You'II Need:
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or Computer Science (or equivalent).
- Minimum 5 years of experience in system design and development.
- At least 5 years of technical experience in IT/OT system support and maintenance.
- Ability to devise solutions for business requirements and evaluate vendor-provided solutions.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to convey complex concepts in an understandable manner.
- Experience in engaging cross-functional business and IT/OT stakeholders, as well as vendors.
- Positive attitude, willingness to learn new technologies, and adaptability to new challenges.
