Job Scople:
- Managing interface for design and construction of transit project and have full understanding of design approval process and TFP/TOP process
- Take charge of all coordination work of civil, architectural and System-Wide Contractors (SWC)s and be responsible to manage project coordinators relating to civil/structural, architectural and E&M
- Manage / coordination work with sub-contractor Coordination between Architecture, M&E, and SWCs
- Understands design management
- Able to review shop drawings
Requirements :
- Recognised Degree in Civil & Structural, Architectural and/or E&M Building Services
- At least 8 years’ experience in the construction industry managing large scale and complex civil and infrastructure projects.
- Knowledge of BIM/DGN/Auto CAD-will be add advantage.
- Must have post LTA project Experience.
