Job Responsibilities
- Perform quantity measurement, with focus on structural & architectural works.
- Engage in cost analysis and contracts administration services.
- Collaborate closely with the project team.
- Prepare precise and detailed cost estimates for construction projects.
- Assist in the preparation of tender documents and quotations.
- Handle the preparation and submission of progress claims, VO, and invoices.
- Undertake other assigned duties or related tasks as required.

Job Requirement
- Diploma or Degree in Quantity Surveying.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in M&E construction.
- Strong attention to detail, analytical, and numerical skills.
- Ability to work independently.
- Proactive and well-organized.
