One of the most exciting restaurants in Singapore, Vatos Urban Tacos, is looking for vibrant and enthusiastic staff to join our team. We are currently looking to hire an experience front-of-house manager or assistant manager.
Duties will include:
a. Coordinate all areas of service in the “front of the house,” which includes both the floor and the bar.
b. Managing floor and bar staff and providing them with feedback.
c. Training of new servers and bartenders.
d. Assist Owner in formulating work schedules for floor and bar staff.
e. Assist Owner with operational paperwork.
f. Maintain good customer service and relations.
g. Maintain proper inventories for the floor and the bar.
h. Order supplies for floor and bar.
i. Maintain high standards of quality control, hygiene, and health and safety.
j. Support Owner in analyzing and planning restaurant sales levels and profitability.
k. Suport Marketing manager and Owner with social media and marketing initiatives.
l. Communicate with clients regarding private event and catering requests.
At least two years of restaurant supervisor or management experience is desirable.
Compensation:
Monthly salary is $3000 - $5500 per month depending on experience.
