Job Responsibilities:
- Monitor the project’s progress and deliver project to expected safety and quality objectives.
- Monitor and control project’s cost by taking proactive measures to prevent costs overruns.
- Develop and maintain Standard Work Procedures for all critical and major work activities.
- Monitor and plan ahead in relation to the procurement of the company’s assets/equipment/resources.
- Mentor project team by providing proper guidance and training.
- Other duties which may be required by the management
Job Requirements:
- Degree in Civil Engineering or its equivalent. Diploma holders with relevant experience will also be considered.
- A minimum of 5 years' experience.
- Proven track record in HDB projects.
- Independent, diligent, meticulous and highly motivated with excellent team spirit.
- Familiar with BCA Quality Marks Assessment standards.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and knowledge of BIM.
- Willing to travel around project site offices within Singapore
