Job Description
- Assist in tender preparation and participation / post contract administration.
- To handle project contracts, monthly progress claims to customers.
- Compiling of contracts reports with measurements, photographs and site testing.
- Other duties as assigned
Job Requirements:
- Minimum Diploma in Quantity Surveying/ Building Management/ Civil Engineering and equivalent.
- Committed, analytical and able to meet tight scheduled duties assigned.
- Independent and a good team player with positive attitude.
- Able to communicate effectively in English & Mandarin (to liaise with mandarin speaking clients and associates.)
- Must have experience in handling LTA/HDB tender documents and submissions.
- Preferably with 1 to 2 years of relevant experience.
- MUST HAVE at least 1 year of relevant experience in Singapore.
