Administer and oversee contracts
Job Description:
- Act as a project supervisor and contract administrator
- Responsible for maintaining up-to-date records of day-to-day work status.
- Serve as the main point of contact for client representatives regarding technical service matters, addressing concerns to maintain client satisfaction.
- Supervise and manage ad hoc service providers, ensuring their adherence to safety and quality standards.
- Coordinate, oversee, and provide assistance to managers in preparations or quotes and managing clients
Job Requirements:
- Relevant work experience in a related field.
- Strong technical knowledge of building systems and equipment, encompassing HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and mechanical systems.
- Willingness and availability to work on weekends and during short-term late-night shifts when required.
- Capability to work both independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
- Immediate availability to commence work
