Responsibilities
- Processing of Customers/Suppliers orders, Monitoring/Tracking of Orders & Shipments
- Review Customer Purchase Order to ensure orders are correctly entered in SAP system including but not limited to Sales and Purchase Invoices, Delivery Orders and Debit/Credit Notes
- Prepare and manage shipping documents ensuring compliance with import and export regulations
- Coordinating and handling of customer requirement and enquiries
- Correspond and arrange with suppliers, overseas offices, customers and forwarding agents to ensure smooth and timely cargo delivery
- In charge of the full spectrum of Import/Export shipping documentation based on L/C negotiations, Invoicing, Packing list, Certificate of Origin, Customs/Insurance Certificates
- Preparing Payment Instructions to Accounts and monitor account receivable/payable for each Customer
- Order fulfilment task such as Receiving, Picking/Packing and Delivery of Orders/Samples
- Maintenance of inventory Stock accuracy through regular cycle counts
- Compilation and filing of shipping documents for Audit compliance
- Other ad hoc tasks assigned by management
Requirements
- Candidate must have at least 1 years of import and export trading experience
