Responsibilities:
· Oversee and lead a team of administrative personnel in providing support to project teams and other departments.
· Record and write minutes for administrative and operations monthly meetings.
· Familiar with construction track record and EPSS system.
· Develop and implement procedures, policies, and office administration systems.
· Ensure timeliness and accuracy in all scopes of work.
· Manage employee housing matters, including operational maintenance and contract management.
· Assist in organizing and coordinating company events, exhibitions and reception of visitors from oversea.
· Communicate proficiently in Mandarin with Mandarin-speaking stakeholders.
· Perform monthly and yearly analyses.
· Handle any other ad-hoc duties as assigned.
REQUIREMENTS
· Bachelor’s degree with at least 5 years of relevant work experience, preferably in the construction industry.
· Must be bilingual.
· Excellent organization, prioritization, and communication skills, with attention to detail, and the ability to work independently within a team environment. Must possess monitoring and follow-up skills within tight deadlines.
· Good communication and interpersonal skills.
· Self-driven, resourceful, and an excellent team player.
