Job Scope:
- Responsible for partial HR duties including administrative function
- Perform recruitment and selection of candidates
- Coordinating of Interview and preparing of offer letter to selected candidates
- Assist in monthly payroll calculation (100 – 120 Headcount)
- Working with 3rdparty’s vendor on payroll and recruitment matters
Any other ad-hoc duties assigned by HR Manager
Requirement:
- Diploma or Degree in Human Resource Management / Business Administration or Equivalent
- 2 – 4 years of working experience in Human Resource
