Job Scope:
- Assist Manager to oversee all staff training, learning opportunities and research on new areas for enhanced learning.
- Coordinate the annual Learning Needs Analysis Exercise and analyze the trends in staff training.
- Oversee the Orientation Programme and ensure all new hires are attending the respective modules.
- Oversee student internships and liaise with the respective departments and schools for documentation.
- Review of HR policies for relevance and updating.
- Support the manager and on the implementation and administration of HR policies and programs.
- Assist to streamline HR processes where necessary, to enhance the department’s efficiency and effectiveness.
- Support Manager on special projects (e.g. Engagement Survey, Specialized training).
- Participate and support in projects in the HR transformation journey, where required.
- Support cross department projects / initiatives.
- Support to drive and implement department work plan to deliver results.
- Assist to identify staff learning opportunities.
- Support to create a culture of ownership & continuous learning in department / organization and Management of Training Funds.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years’ relevant HR and supervisory experience
- Exposure in community care sector is an added advantage
- Good knowledge of Excel programme mainly in V-lookup and Pivot Tables is an advantage.
