Roles & Responsibilities
- L1/ L2 Support and Maintenance of the Company’s IT laptops/ smart devices, printers, backup and network security on Microsoft, Android and Apple in office and for the remote users
- IT Patch Management and Vulnerability Management of laptops, company phones via Intune
- Manage Azure Active Directory, Authentication, Authorization Group Policy in all company assets physical/virtual
- L1/ L2 Support and configuration of Microsoft Dynamics Sales CRM
- L1/ L2 Support and configuration of Microsoft Business Central
- Partner with Tech Partners to ensure IT integration and security compliance of Tech. Partner staff using Tech. Partner devices
Requirements
- 3+ years of previous experience as IT Desktop Support/ System administrator Microsoft 365, Microsoft Security on laptops, mobiles
- Experience in supporting / basic configuring of Microsoft Sales CRM
- Experience in supporting / basic Microsoft Business Central
- Proficient Unix, PowerShell, Power Platform, Microsoft Graph skill
- Proficient SQL, .Net coding skills
- Excellent written and oral communication, presentation, listening and interpersonal skills in English
- Self driven and collaborating effectively with the internal and external teams
- Relevant Microsoft Certifications will be plus
