· Assign workloads and schedules to maximize performance.
· Lead, guide, and mentor operations team to meet customer requirements.

· Recommend equipment, tooling, and processes to support business objectives.
· Monitor and manage continually the operational aspects of productions.
· Evaluate and control spending for manufacturing operating budgets.
· Evaluate and assess performance levels of operations staff.
· Ensure compliance of corporate standard Ards and procedures.
· Being a Computer Operations Manager is responsible for operation of mainframe and peripheral information system equipment and for developing schedules for equipment usage.
· May require an associate degree in a related area. Additionally, Computer Operations Manager typically reports to a head of a unit/department.
