  • Contribute to the establishment of the lab in Singapore by providing scientific insights, assisting in the selection of analytical equipment, developing capabilities, drafting testing protocols, and managing lab inventory to ensure a continuous supply of consumables and reagents.
  • Apply technical expertise to innovate and refine products, addressing both intricate and straightforward challenges. Conduct laboratory experiments, collaborate with technical and commercial teams, scrutinize results, and propose the next steps for experiments or project stages.
  • Communicate findings verbally within the research group and through emails and technical reports to the broader business, presenting complex scientific information in an accessible format. While the role does not involve line management, occasional supervision or demonstration to students and less experienced staff may be required.
  • Offer recommendations for optimal development routes in projects, ranging from straightforward to complex. Manage and execute multiple projects, ensuring timely results from experiments of varying complexity.
  • Generate creative solutions within a designated area, constrained by core science principles. Encourage and propose innovative ideas for new or ongoing projects.
  • Continuously enhance knowledge of the technology area and relevant scientific techniques, striving to improve research capabilities.

  • Holds a Master's degree with over three years of pertinent experience or Ph.D with 1 year of postdoc experience
  • Familiar with the design and evaluation of different vectors (e.g., lipids, polymers, peptides, etc) for NAD. This includes, but is not limited to, the operation of a microfluidics system to formluate LNP; physical-chemical characterisation (e.g., API encapsulation, quantification of loading efficiency, particle size and surface charge); evaluation of in vitro transfection effiency and toxicity; in vivo biodistrubution and toxicity
