Role:
- Assist in daily HR operations for the Singapore office.
- Coordinate and manage all recruitment activities including all onboarding and offboarding processes.
- Perform the full spectrum of all office administration functions for the Singapore office.
- Handle all travel arrangements for all staff in Singapore including the management of hotel bookings for visiting colleagues.
- In charge of monitoring the movement and tenure of employees in Singapore and handle all reporting to regulators as necessary and required.
- Data entry and filing.
- Any other ad-hoc projects and tasks as assigned.
Requirements:
- Degree in Business, HR or any other related fields.
- At least 2 years of relevant experience in a similar position in the finance industry or a similar role is necessary.
- Able to multi-task effectively, and is independent but also a strong, good team player.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strives in a fast-paced environment and works well under pressure and tight deadlines.
