Responsibilities:
- Monitor incoming delivery schedules and coordinate with freight forwarder to ensure on time delivery
- Process Goods Receiving Note (GRN), Reporting short/overlanded shipment & evaluation of stock discrepancies
- Request certification/documentation from Supplier
- Report any product issues or discrepancies to source
- Provide statistic shipment documentation to Finance Dept
- Receiving / moving / checking & storing incoming / delivery of goods.
- Participate in all appropriate stock taking and Daily stock picking for customer orders.
- To work in orderly manner ensuring store areas are kept clean & tidy and safe from hazards
- To engage in any other ad-hoc activities requested by Warehouse team leader or his delegate
- Comply to HSE recommendation and instructions
Requirements:
- Min GCE “N” / “O” Level or equivalent
- Min 1 years related working experience
- Independent, able to work under minimal supervision
- Must be well organized, self-motivated, and have the ability to prioritize.
- Process a valid Forklift license will be an advantage
- Knowledge in ERP/Warehouse Management System is an advantage
