Job Descriptions:
- Collaborate with manufacturers and engineers to implement and service audio-visual and video conferencing solutions according to company standards and best practices, meeting customer requirements.
- Perform system configuration, testing, and commissioning of integrated audio-visual and video conferencing solutions.
- Conduct end-user training on implemented solutions.
- Collaborate with in-house AV designers and engineers from various manufacturers to implement fully integrated solutions for venues such as meeting rooms, lecture rooms, experience centers, command centers, auditoriums, ballrooms, etc.
- Study schematic drawings to understand technical and functional requirements for each solution.
- Assist in after-sales services.
Job Responsibilities:
- Hold an ITE/Diploma in IT/Engineering/Audio Visual.
- Certifications in Crestron CTI-P101, CTI-P201, Extron Control Professional (ECP), Extron Authorized Programmer (EAP), Kramer Control System Designer (301), Kramer Control System Programmer (302), Dante Level 1 & 2, Cisco CCNT, CCNA.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in system configuration, testing, and commissioning for audio-visual solutions.
- Experience in Crestron, Extron, AMX, Kramer automation programming.
- Experience in DSP programming.
- Experience with products like Videowall, LED & LCD Displays, Digital Sound Processors (DSP), Amplifiers, Speakers, video conferencing, and Audio-Visual Switches.
- Acquire extensive technical knowledge from renowned manufacturers' products.
- Engage with end-users and manufacturers to enhance communication skills.
