Responsibilities
- Responsible for Hardware and software installation, upgrade, and maintenance (i.e., system backup, apply latest system patches, software upgrades, and hardware troubleshooting).
- Install, configure, test and troubleshoot networks, servers and other infrastructure.
- Provide support for Hyper-V, VMware, Windows servers, Active Directory, and other IT infrastructure.
- Monitor availability of services ensuring it meets the agreed service levels and performance indicators.
- Implement System Documentation.
Requirements
- Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Computer Science/Information Technology or relevant working experience. (Minimum 2 years of experience)
- Hands-on knowledge of System and Network
- Hands-on experience with Windows environment and experience in troubleshooting, configuring servers.
- Hands-on experience with Linux environment will be advantageous.
