Job Description & Responsibilities:
Marketing
- Execute innovative online marketing campaigns and oversee its successful implementation by pulling resources from the production & design industry
- Lead the conceptualization and development of digital contents while ensuring compliance with brand positioning, brand standards and guidelines
- Drive regular management and analytical reporting against performance of all digital marketing activities
- Manage and maintain partnership with respective appointed project stakeholders
- Report digital marketing activities for review with management on a weekly basis
- Lead and coordinate CSR projects from beginning to end to shape our brand direction strategies that will drive acquisition and customer loyalty retention
- Implement, track, execute and prioritize marketing project roadmaps and timelines
- Provide analysis and regular reporting of social media and CTA marketing engagement metrics to improve outlet sales
- Manage both digital marketing and loyalty budget to achieve efficiency of spend to meet business goals
- Manage the marketing aspects of the business, ensuring timeline in social media calendar is achieved. Creates stronger brand recalls and branding for the company to help improve company year on year sales
- Management of company’s social media channels (Website, FB, IG, Google reviews, etc)
- Regular organic posting according to social media calendar, engaging followers, and responding to their enquiries
- Develop strong relationships with cross functional teams to ensure the efficient execution of marketing initiatives
- Assist with measuring the effectiveness and performance of marketing campaigns against company Growth KPIs
- Work closely with influencers on marketing campaigns and events, utilising the approved budget
- Launch targeted campaigns to increase Mobile App acquisition and usage rate
Training and Compliance
- Understand the business goals, identify performance gaps, and recommend solutions
- Develop, plan, prepare, implement, and improve the training program for staff
- Update and maintain the training manual, materials, and knowledge base
- Conduct soft-skills training for all outlets staff according to SOP and required standards
- Design and implement new training framework and ensuring full use of our company's internal training app
- Plan, implement, execute, and evaluate training plans.
- Co-ordinate and communicate effectively on outlet staff performance issues with the HR & Operations department
- Manage and track induction and onboarding program for new employee
- Responsible for identifying all the staff training needs and actively involved in the professional upgrading of the staff skill set and mindset
- Work on all areas of training including product knowledge, customer service, service excellence and other modules in the total training regime
- Evaluate and ensure the effectiveness of the training program
- Manage and oversee the company's call center department
- Conduct compliance and CCTV audit checks of outlets remotely
- Ensure all Recovery, Disciplinary, Retraining and Compliance (RDRC) is conducted in a timely manner.
- Conduct weekly theory and practical training with outlet staffs in strict accordance to our training modules at our HQ
- Troubleshooting all IT related matters relating to our website, delivery platforms as well as Mobile App.

5 days work week
Salary Range:
$4500 - $5500 per month

Job Requirements:
- A Bachelor's Degree in either Business/Hospitality or Marketing preferred.
- Proven working experience in Marketing for at least 3 years and/or at least 3 years working experience as Training Manager in strategic planning and relevant experience in a reputable Restaurant Chain.
- Track record in executing successful training programs.
- Familiarity with traditional and modern training methods (mentoring, coaching, on-the-job or in-classroom training, e-learning, workshops, simulations etc.)
- Excellent interpersonal skills, communication skills, and leadership skills.
- Ability to plan and manage time effectively
- Strong multitasking skills
- Basic Canva and Graphic Design skills will be an additional bonus
