We are seeking a talented and experienced Senior Design Associate to join a MNC Workplace Design company. As a Senior Design Associate, you will play a pivotal role in leading the design process and driving the development of innovative workplace solutions. This role offers an exciting opportunity to showcase your creativity, leadership, and expertise in delivering exceptional design outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the design process for workplace design projects, from concept development to project completion.
- Provide creative direction and mentorship to junior team members, fostering a collaborative and innovative design environment.
- Manage clients and manage projects for design consultancy works.
- Act as a primary point of contact for clients, understanding their needs and objectives.
- Present design concepts and solutions to clients in a clear and compelling manner, addressing feedback and concerns effectively.
- Develop innovative design concepts that align with client goals, project requirements, and industry best practices.
- Translate client briefs and vision into actionable design plans and strategies.
- Collaborate with project managers and cross-functional teams to ensure project timelines, budgets, and deliverables are met.
- Oversee the coordination of design activities, including research, space planning, material selection, and documentation.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
- 7-10 years of experience in workplace design, with a focus on leading design projects.
- Strong design portfolio showcasing creative and innovative design solutions.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate team members.
- Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, Revit, and Adobe Creative Suite.
- Detail-oriented with a focus on quality and client satisfaction.
