We are seeking an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Part-Time Event Assistant to join our team. As an Event Assistant, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the success of our events. Responsibilities
- Facilitate a range of outdoor and indoor activities/events including outings, workshops, talks that serve the needs of our customers.
- Handle attendance record and ensure the customers’ safety during the transportation process to the event destination.
- Provide exceptional customer service and act as a primary point of contact for our customers throughout event coordination and execution process.
- Be present on-site during the event to ensure everything runs smoothly and resolve unexpected problems in real time.
- Provide on-site support during events, assisting with registration, customers’ inquiries, communication with customers.
- Regularly engage and communicate with customers to understand their needs, identify gaps and make recommendations to enhance their experience.
- Communicate effectively with internal teams and customers to ensure smooth coordination of event activities.
- Perform other administrative tasks as assigned.
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year in a similar role.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
- Customer service orientated.
- Proficient in using digital tool such as mobile phone app.
