- Support the Head of Leasing in planning and implementing leasing strategy
- Formulate and implement retail concepts and target prospective tenants with creative retail concepts
- Prospecting/leasing of spaces
- Monitor all current and future vacancies to ensure full occupancy of the mall
- Prepare annual rental budget and projection and monthly reporting
- Negotiate new and renewal of leases with tenants
- Account management of tenants and tenancy liaison, handling tenancy-related issues and maintain good landlord-tenant relationships
- Work with relevant departments to meet tenant’s needs and drive traffic into the malls
