RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Identify and establish new customers through prospecting.
- Develop and execute sales strategies to meet sales quotas.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Pre-Sales, Marketing, and Consultants, to create integrated IT solutions for both existing and new clients.
- Effectively manage and drive the sales cycle from prospecting to successful closure.
- Cultivate a robust network with decision-makers/key influencers in the customer and vendor communities.
- Build long-term, trustworthy, and collaborative relationships across all levels within customers' environments.
- Establish rapport and collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.
- Collect, track, and analyze large amounts of data.
- Demonstrate adaptability and strong problem-solving skills.
- Exhibit excellent active listening skills.
- Undertake other tasks and projects as assigned by the Reporting Manager or Management.
QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE:
- Possess a Diploma/Degree in IT/Engineering or Business Administration.
- Ideally, have 1 to 2 years of experience in IT sales.
- Self-starter with energizing customer interaction.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Ability to build relationships with clients and coworkers.
- Positive problem-solving skills.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
