The Role
This position will provide administrative support to the property management team.
Job Responsibilities
- Creation of purchase requisition and goods received note for all term contracts, processing of invoices
- Setting up proper records and systems, preparing purchase requisition and purchase orders for vendor payments, processing of tax invoices
- Coordinating with the officers and executives on the work completion
- Maintaining proper records of documents and coordinating the document flow between site offices and head office
Job Requirements
- Diploma in Business Administration.
- 6 to 10 years of relevant work experience.
- Excellent command of English and strong analytical skills are preferred.
- Proficient in MS Word, PowerPoint and Excel.
- Knowledge working with SAP system will be an added advantage
