Responsibilities
- Conceptualizing, designing for each project, based on client's specifications
- Drafting 3D perspectives for clients' visualization and comprehension
- Preparing relevant technical drawings for clients and authority submissions
- Calculating specifications and tabulating a quotation following guidelines
- Managing, supervising, and coordinating projects
- Possessing proficient presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Liaising with sub-contractors, architects, engineers, and clients
Requirements
- Degree in architecture or equivalent
- Proficiency in MS Excel, 3D Studio Max, Adobe Photoshop, AutoCAD is essential
- 2 years of working experience in the related field required for this position
- Applicants must be willing to travel around the island as needed
- Preferably experienced in architecture for private landed properties and interior design
