A fast and growing firm in the outsourced accounting industry is seeking an Accounting Manager.
This is a supervisory role, whereby you will lead a team in delivering high quality accounting and corporate secretarial services to clients from diversified industries. This involves overseeing the preparation of accounts (General Ledger, Payables, Receivables, reconciliation, and cash flow management), and driving the implementation of systems. You will drive enhancements in finance efficiency through process improvements, while collaborating with senior management in the growth of clientele while maintaining high quality relationships of existing ones.
The qualified individual will have a minimum degree in Accounting and Finance, with 5 years relevant outsourced accounting experience in a start-up like environment. You should be strong in stakeholder management and excellent communication skills.
