Job Responsibilities:
• Supervise and control the work of the kitchen personnel in your section
• Assist with overseeing the daily operation of the kitchen
• Maintain the quality of the food provided
• Maintain a close and positive relationship with the team
• Support the Sous Chef on daily operation
