Responsibilities
- Support and facilitate end-to-end employee life cycle processes.
- Deliver HR services effectively and efficiently and resolve any HR issues within the business unit.
- Work closely with HR Shared Services to handle HR transactions.
- Assist in implementing HR strategy and executing supporting programs.
- Participate in ad-hoc projects, such as the digitization of HR processes, including RPA (Robotic Process Automation) implementation.
Requirements
- Degree in Business Management, Human Resource or any related field.
- Passion for learning different areas of Human Resources function.
- Good team play with excellent relationship and stakeholder management skills, capable of working with people across all levels of a large, complex, fast-moving organization.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
