Responsibilities
· Identify and target potential clients for smart workspace solutions, ranging from small businesses to large enterprises.
· Develop and execute effective sales strategies to penetrate the target market and expand the customer base.
· Stay updated on industry trends, competitor offerings, and emerging technologies in the smart workspace domain.
· Establish and nurture long-lasting relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders.
· Conduct thorough needs assessments to understand client requirements and pain points.
· Provide exceptional customer service by promptly addressing inquiries, concerns, and requests.
· Conduct engaging product presentations and demonstrations that showcase the features and benefits of our smart workspace solutions.
· Collaborate with clients to understand their unique needs and tailor solutions that align with their business objectives.
· Work closely with technical experts to design customized solutions that address client challenges.
· Lead the entire sales process, from lead generation to contract negotiation and deal closure.
· Develop persuasive sales proposals, contracts, and pricing agreements that meet client expectations.
· Coordinate with internal teams to ensure successful implementation and deployment of solutions.
· Set ambitious sales targets and objectives in alignment with company goals.
· Provide regular updates on sales activities, pipeline, forecasts, and performance metrics to senior management.
· Analyze sales data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
· Be a high-level individual contributor to achieving business objectives.
· Develop and execute an effective sales strategy to ensure a high-quality sales pipeline and closure rate.
Requirements
· Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. MBA is a plus.
· Proven track record of at least 5 years in B2B sales, preferably in technology or smart solutions such as business intelligence, smart office, smart building, surveillance, physical security, locker solution
· Strong understanding of smart office technologies, IoT, and related trends.
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to present to diverse audiences.
· Strategic thinker with the ability to identify market opportunities and drive revenue growth.
· Demonstrated ability to negotiate and close deals with a customer-centric approach.
· Proficiency in CRM software and sales tracking tools.
· Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
· Self-motivated and results-oriented, with a proactive attitude toward problem-solving.
· Willingness to travel for client meetings and industry events as required.
· Highly motivated, resourceful, and independent worker who is proactive and customer-focused.
· Proven sales track record.
