The main responsibilities and tasks of this position are listed as, but not limited to the following
- In charge of maintaining and updating of timesheets in system which include leave application, processing of timesheet, coordinating with paymaster and HR to rectify issue timely.
- Co-ordinating with Housekeeping & Front Office Team and placing or releasing rooms from Out of Service / Out of Order.
- Daily / Night Meter Reading
- Liaising with contractors on assigned job tasks and keeping superior updated on status.
- Keeping track of item inventory and ordering of items through purchasing system.
- Update tracker on the status of Defects / pending Jobs.
- Follow up on contract renewal and update the tracker of the status.
- Attend Engineering meeting & track/update the minutes of meeting.
- Sourcing for quotation, liaising with contractors, doing up comparison report.
- Doing up accruals / month end reports / Global Alliance for Incinerator Alternatives (GAIA) Report.
- Update of contact lists for contractor
- Update of contracts details
- To perform any other duties that may be assigned by the Management.
