The Maintenance Planner works in the Engineering Team to ensure proper planning and preparation of all planned maintenance work together with realistic scheduling.
Roles and responsibilities:
- Plans/prepares and schedules work order in such a way they can safely be executed on time in full (OTIF).
- Reviews tags (work requests) for quality and priority (gatekeeping)
- Plans & prepares the Maintenance team's scope, tasks, resources, materials, tools.
- Requests materials in line with the inventory and supply work processes.
- Manages tools for maintenance execution.
- Supports the budgeting of maintenance plans; helps Maintenance Engineering to calculate the preventive maintenance budget (asset based).
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of experiences in maintenance or operations.
- Ability to effectively plan ahead.
- Gatekeeping expert and proven track record in maximizing planned workflow of maintenance, i.e. effectively optimizing the plan-efficiency of maintenance (% of jobs completed OTIF/Total nr. Of jobs in maintenance).
