Reporting to Executive Director, you will lead the HR team in the areas of talent acquisition, performance management, succession planning, rewards and recognition, manpower planning, development and budgeting. You will manage manpower planning in accordance to expansion requirements and provide strategic advice on employer branding, talent acquisition and workforce management.

You will come with a proven track record in managing a team and strong stakeholder management skills. Prior experience working within a healthcare setting will be an added advantage.


Responsibilities:


  • Responsible for the full spectrum of human resource functions of the organization and group
  • Review and formulate strategies to enable the company to attract, motivate, develop and retain talent
  • Play a critical role in workforce planning and talent succession planning
  • Build effective relationships with all levels of the organisation, providing guidance and coaching on employee relations, performance and development issues
  • Oversee organisational development initiatives, identify and review areas for improvement in organizational structure, processes, and service quality level
  • Identify opportunities and provide solutions to problems and render value add services
  • Support and align growth and development of people to meet the business needs and challenges
  • Review policies and procedures and ensure compliance
  • Attend and respond to government workforce initiatives


Requirements:


  • Atleast 10 years of HR Leadership experience
  • Working experience in the healthcare industry will be an advantage
