Working Days: 5 days, Monday to Friday
Working hours : 7.30am to 4.30pm (May required to work night shift 7.30pm to 4.30am, Rotated depend on volumn )
Job Summary:
Reporting to the Team Leader, the incumbent will be responsible for operating the coating equipment, parts preparation, incoming and outgoing inspection, cleaning and light maintenance of all the equipment.
Job Scope

· Follow workplace instructions and policies
· Become cross-trained on all jobs needed to process customer hardware
· Set up and operate process equipment according to written instructions
· Become a certified inspector and follow quality standards in verifying conformance of work
· Perform inspections and preventative maintenance on equipment to keep in top condition
· Follow lockout-tagout procedures and participate in all facets of turn-around cleaning and maintenance
· Recognize faulty operation of process using sight, sound, smell, and feel
· STOP process, and get supervisor, when quality or safety is at risk
· Use knowledge to trouble shoot equipment and help solve process problems
· Work with team on process improvements
· Keep workplace clean and organized
