Job Responsibilities:
• Maintain and keep the kitchen area clean and odour free at all times
• Ensure proper garbage disposal of the kitchen.
• Wash kitchen equipment (e.g. plates, utensils and etc).
• Ensure proper dish washing process and maintenance of the equipment.
• Assist in operations during events with clearing and dishwashing.
• Clearing and wiping of tables, cleaning floors, walls, shelves, toilet and filters.
• To carry out any other duties and responsibilities as assigned by the Chief Steward and Executive Chef.
• Ensure a clean and tidy environment for diners to dine at, in accordance with the company standards and sanitation / health regulations.
Job Requirements:
• Applicants without experience are encouraged to apply as training provided.
• Must be physically fit
• Able to work effectively in a team environment with least supervision.
• Able to work weekends and public holidays
