Position Overview: As an F&B Worker at our GoPizza franchise outlet, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional customer service, preparing and serving delicious pizzas, and maintaining a clean and welcoming environment for our valued customers.
Responsibilities:
- Greet customers with a warm and friendly attitude, ensuring a positive dining experience from start to finish.
- Take customer orders accurately and efficiently, using our point-of-sale system to process transactions.
- Prepare and assemble pizzas according to our standardized recipes and presentation guidelines, ensuring consistent quality.
- Operate kitchen equipment safely and maintain a clean and organized workstation.
- Adhere to food safety and hygiene standards, ensuring the proper handling, storage, and disposal of ingredients.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure timely and accurate order delivery.
- Assist in maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the dining area, kitchen, and service areas.
- Follow opening and closing procedures to ensure the outlet is prepared for daily operations and securely closed at the end of the shift.
- Participate in training programs and stay updated on menu changes, promotions, and company policies.
- Work efficiently under pressure, especially during peak hours, to provide prompt service
Qualifications:
- Posess Food & Hygiene Certification
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Attention to detail in food preparation and presentation.
- Excellent communication skills to interact with customers and team members.
- Flexibility to work shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and a strong sense of responsibility.
