The successful candidate will lead development of AI-based methods for somatic mutation identification from Next-Generation Sequencing (NGS) data. The candidate will be responsible for model and software development, as well as documenting performance on benchmarks datasets.
Job requirements (eg qualification, skills):
1. PhD in Bioinformatics or Computer Science
2. Strong and documented programming skills and experience with UNIX and HPC environments
3. Strong and documented experience with AI/deep-learning approaches applied to NGS data
4. Excellent project management skills
