Key Responsibilities:
- Review and generate run time proposals in alignment with company directions and guidelines.
- Balance operational requirements to create desired run time proposals.
- Collaborate with the Executive (Run Time) to produce insightful reports.
- Utilize Hastus software to develop run time proposals that comply with company regulations.
- Achieve realistic and optimized run time proposals by incorporating operational considerations.
- Generate and export run time proposals accurately.
- Attend depot meetings when necessary to provide input and insights.
Requirements:
- Diploma or above in relevant field.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in schedule work, preferably in transportation or related industry.
- Proficiency in scheduling software, particularly Hastus.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to understand and balance operational requirements.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
- Detail-oriented with a focus on delivering high-quality work.
