Job Summary:
We are looking for a Business Analyst to work on Decision Management Solutions (DMS) within the retail banking sector.
Mandatory Skill-set:
- Degree in Banking, Financial Engineering, Computer Science;
- At least 5 years of experience as Business Analyst with expertise in retail banking domain;
- Experience in translating high-level requirements into detailed documentation;
- Ability to envision and design end to end business processes keeping an eye on the details;
- Gather critical information from meetings with various stakeholders and producing useful documentation;
- Ability to communicate and clarify requirements with developers;
- Proficient in SQL/SAS;
- Strong interpersonal, communication, presentation, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
Desired Skill-set:
- Working knowledge on Experian.
Responsibilities:
- Gather, collate, and analyze requirements from business users and provide clear functional specifications for enhancements;
- Perform impact analysis of enhancement requests on existing processes;
- Design solutions that are sound, adequate, and forward-looking to address business requirements;
- Define detailed business processes and coordinate with various stakeholders to get detailed requirements, and ensure that they are met through proposed solution;
- Analyze and decompose complex requirements;
- Ability to analyze the existing systems and highlight areas of improvement;
- Plan, schedule, and execute deliverable objectives from initiation till successful implementation within agreed timelines;
- Devise comprehensive test plans (including test scenarios and test cases) to test IT deliverables;
- Consult Solution Architect or System Analyst for technical requirements.
