Duties & Responsibilities:
- Assist in collating and compiling document for tender submission.
- Assist in monitoring tender opportunity.
- Administering project correspondences, responding to emails and providing assistance to contract department.
- General administrative tasks and duties including office management, document filling, letter drafting and corresponding with associates and external partners for contract department.
Requirements:
- Min O Level/Diploma or equivalent.
- Minimum 1 year’s related working experience in construction industry will be added advantage.
- Able to multi-task, time-sensitive, attention to details, and work in a fast pace environment
- A team player with positive mind set and meticulous.
