Responsibilities:
- Perform general clerical duties such as photocopying, mailing and filing.
- Provide sales support by generating sales quotations and responding to customer enquiries.
- Handle & Reply to Customer Enquiries via Telephone, WhatsApp and Email
- Process sales orders, liaise and coordinate with clients.
- Handle customer relationship management (CRM) system.
Requirements:
- GCE āNā or āOā level qualifications
- Computer literacy in MS Office
- Good working attitude with the ability to communicate well with all levels
- Able to work independently
