Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze workflows and identify areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather business requirements and map processes.
- Assess processes for automation opportunities using technology.
- Develop process documentation and solution designs.
- Test and implement solutions, troubleshooting errors as needed.
Requirements:
- Minimum Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or related field.
- Knowledge in RPA, UiPath, C#, Python, Java
- Experience in process improvement or business analysis.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge of process documentation and solution design.
- Familiarity with automation technologies is a plus.
