Job Overview:

Qualifications:
· Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field. MBA preferred.

· Strong understanding of facade maintenance processes and industry regulations.
· Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
· Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate a sales team.
