Job Responsibilities
- Oversee the entire recruitment process, including job postings, candidate sourcing, resume screening, interview scheduling, and letter of offer preparation
- Support monthly payroll, CPF online submission and IRAS online submission
- Responsible for onboarding of new hires and exit if resigned employees
- Preparation of employment contracts, invoice processing, e-filling of essential messages and approval, and data input into the system
- Lead and coordinate employee relations matters (capability, disciplinary, grievances, redundancies etc)
- Monitor and review the performance management system and its related communications efforst by engaging key stakeholders to gather feedback, analyzing data and developing continuos improvement actions
