You will be part of the Data Collection team to conduct large-scale national surveys. In this role, you will be exposed to a full spectrum of learning experiences such as practical hands-on application of concepts that will be introduced via formal training, as well as interactions with people from diverse backgrounds.
Job Responsibilities:
• Complete survey via phone and field visit
• Schedule interview appointments with respondents
• Conduct data verification of completed survey cases to ensure accuracy and reliability of data
• Resolve escalated issues from interviewers and respondents
• Data entry for completed surveys
• Status update report to supervisor
• Deliver highest level of customer experience and ensure a good survey experience
• Any other ad-hoc duties
Other information:
- 5 days work week, across Mondays to Sundays
- Based on rostering - Different shift timing (0830-1730/1200-1900)
- Corporate sim card will be provided for making outbound calls however corporate phone will not be provided by the company.
- Yearly Renewable contract
- Salary: Basic $2650 + Allowance $350 = $3,000/month
