Job Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to ensure efficient operation.
- Orientate new staff of all levels and maintain/update personal files; assist in all onboarding related matters.
- Maintain complete, correct, up to-date, and accessible records for all employees in the P-file and HRMS.
- Manage HR-related documentation (eg data entry, leave management, filing, and coordination of recruitment, training, and dormitory logistics.
- Responsible for maintaining HR/ Admin documentation including data entry, filing etc.
- Handle overtimes record.
- Assist in maintaining & updating of employees leave application records in the system.
- Assist in work pass application, issuance, renewal, cancellation, and other changes update.
- Manage the Recruitment process and coordinate interview arrangements.
- Administration of work passes related matters & managing of foreign workers matters
- Update and maintain training record
- In-charge for submission of worker’s Hospitalization claims to insurer.
- Other admin duties as assigned.
Job Requirements:
- Diploma in Human Resource Management at least 2 years of HR experience.
- Responsible and willing to learn
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Possess a positive attitude to learn and grow with the company
- Attention to detail and problem-solving
- Transport is provided to and fro Tuas Crescent MRT station.
