Job Responsibilities:
- Assist in the development and implementation of HR communication strategies to ensure consistent and comprehensible messaging across the organization.
- Generate compelling content for diverse HR initiatives, including newsletters, intranet articles, and social media posts.
- Collaborate with various departments to collect pertinent information and distribute it according to departmental requirements.
- Oversee internal communication platforms like employee newsletters, bulletin boards, and digital displays.
- Coordinate and arrange employee engagement activities, comprising team-building events, recognition programs, and wellness initiatives.
- Remain informed about industry trends and leading practices in HR communication and engagement.
- Undertake any additional administrative tasks delegated by the department.
Job Requirements:
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in HR communication, employee engagement, or similar positions.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication proficiencies.
- Robust interpersonal skills with the ability to foster relationships at all organizational levels.
- Innovative thinker capable of devising novel communication strategies.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with communication tools and platforms, including design applications.
- Prior involvement in employee engagement initiatives such as surveys, focus groups, and recognition programs is advantageous.
