Senior Regional Executive, SCM
Job Summary
- Lead for ensuring of trade compliance (STC), import/export regulatory, FTA determination in SEA region.
- Undertake the responsibility to organize, maintain and analyse supply chain data to provide updated/meaningful report/insight for improvement actions.
- Support management reporting with clear visualisation dashboard.
- Project leadership of the supply chain function at the Company to deliver cost effective, high quality and business compliant department.
- Lead for ensuring that all dept regulations/processes/workflow are up to date, including conducting training and audit.
Key Accountabilities
- Ensure all trade compliance, regulations and chemical status are updated/followed to achieve zero incident
- Develop customized reports / dashboards using BI tools to improve SCM data visibility.
- Propose and drive improvement activities based on data analysis findings and trends
- Ensure projects which are tasked are followed up and completed smoothly & on time
- Ensure that all SCM regulations / processes / workflow are updated to date.
- Establish, implement, and provide SEC defined corporate compliance training, facilitate STC/BCP audit process in partnering regional subsidiaries’ management to tailor and drive internal control policies and procedures.

- Strong trade compliance, regulatory experience & understanding within ASEAN & Pakistan regulatory organisations.
- Strong analytical skills and experience in using BI tool.
- Able to work effectively in teams within department and cross function to achieve positive outcomes
- Facilitation and leadership skills essential in driving consistent practices within department/cross function.
- Project skills to implement project smoothly & on time.
Critical Work Experience
- Expert knowledge of trade compliance (STC), import/export and regulatory compliance management in ASEAN/Pakistan.
- Minimum 3-5 years of project management, Supply Chain operations experience in Hi Tech industry.
- Strong knowledge of all or some supply chain functional areas including but not limited to supply and demand planning, customer service, warehouse, and logistics.
- Working knowledge of computerized ERP environment, preferably SAP system.
- Strong skills in MS office & BI tool
Qualifications
- Degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business Administration or equivalent
